Welcome to QwikGlam. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read carefully before booking any service.

1. The Platform

QwikGlam is an on-demand beauty services marketplace connecting customers with independent verified beauty artists. We facilitate the booking and payment process but the services are performed by independent professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book services. By using QwikGlam, you represent that you meet this requirement and all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Booking & Payments

3.1 Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and a booking reference (QG-XXXXXXXX). We reserve the right to cancel a booking if an artist becomes unavailable.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Surge pricing may apply during peak hours, holidays, and high-demand periods. The applicable price is always shown before you confirm.

3.3 Payment methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards via Razorpay, QwikGlam Wallet balance, and cash after service. Online payments receive a 5% instant discount.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: cancel more than 2 hours before — 100% refund; cancel within 2 hours — 50% refund; no-show — no refund; artist no-show — full refund + ₹200 Wallet credit.

5. Artist Conduct

All QwikGlam artists are background-verified independent professionals, not QwikGlam employees. QwikGlam does not control the manner in which they perform services but requires adherence to our quality and conduct standards as a condition of platform access.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the service location is safe and accessible.
• Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to the service.
• Treat artists with respect. Misconduct may result in account termination.
• Be available at the confirmed location during the appointment window.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the QwikGlam platform — including logos, graphics, service descriptions, and software — is the property of QwikGlam or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwikGlam's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
