QwikGlam ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA).

With Artists

We share your name, service address, and booking details with your assigned artist. Artists do not receive your full phone number unless you call them directly.

With Service Providers

We use carefully selected processors including Razorpay (payments), Firebase (push notifications), and AWS (hosting). All are contractually bound to our data protection standards.

We Never Sell Your Data

QwikGlam does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or any third party for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Booking records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion via My Profile → Delete Account.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management (qg_customer_token, qg_trusted_device). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction — update inaccurate data via My Profile.
• Deletion — delete your account and associated data.
• Portability — export your booking history as CSV.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, token-based authentication (no passwords stored), and strict access controls. Session tokens are HttpOnly cookies inaccessible to JavaScript.

8. Children's Privacy

QwikGlam is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
