How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Go to My Bookings, select your booking, and tap Cancel or Reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment. See our full Cancellation Policy.
Where is my refund?
Refunds to QwikGlam Wallet are instant. Refunds to card/UPI take 5–7 business days. If it's been longer, share your booking reference on WhatsApp and we'll escalate immediately.
My artist hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Call your artist directly from the booking details screen. If you can't reach them, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. If no artist arrives within 15 minutes of the confirmed time, you'll receive an automatic full refund plus ₹200 Wallet credit.
I'm unhappy with the service quality. Can I get a refund?
We're sorry to hear that. Please rate the booking and describe the issue — this automatically flags it for quality review. Contact support within 24 hours of service completion with photos if applicable. We investigate every complaint and offer refunds where appropriate.
How do I add money to my QwikGlam Wallet?
Go to My Profile → Wallet → Add Money. You can top up via UPI or card in any amount from ₹100.
I want to apply as an artist. How?
Visit our Artist Signup page to apply. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours and you'll hear back by email or SMS.
