How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Go to My Bookings, open your booking, and tap Cancel or Reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment. Full details: Cancellation Policy.

Where is my refund?

Refunds to your QwikGlam Wallet are instant. Refunds to card or UPI take 5–7 business days. If it has been longer, send us your booking reference on WhatsApp and we will escalate immediately.

My artist hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Call your artist directly from the booking details screen first. If you can't reach them, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. If no artist arrives within 15 minutes of the confirmed time, you receive an automatic full refund plus ₹200 Wallet credit.

I'm unhappy with the service quality. Can I get a refund?

We're sorry to hear that. Please rate the booking and describe the issue — this automatically flags it for our quality review team. Contact support within 24 hours of service with photos if applicable. We investigate every complaint and offer refunds where appropriate.

How do I add money to my QwikGlam Wallet?

Open My Profile → Wallet → Add Money. You can top up via UPI or card from ₹100 upwards.

I want to apply as an artist. How?

Visit our Artist Signup page to apply. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours and you will hear back by email or SMS.
