We know plans change. You can cancel a booking any time before it is completed, directly in the app. Because an Artist sets aside time and travels to you, cancellations made closer to your appointment may carry a charge that fairly compensates the Artist. The table below shows exactly how cancellations are handled.

| After the Artist is already en route to you | 90% | A distance-based travel charge |
If no Artist is available for your booking, or if we cancel for operational or safety reasons, you receive a full refund. If an Artist fails to arrive (a no-show), you are not charged and any amount paid is fully refunded.
QwikGlam Inner Circle members can cancel at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable on a pro-rata basis.
Open the app → My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel. Your refund (if any) is calculated automatically using the table above and credited to your Wallet immediately.
