We understand plans change. This policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our artist partners, who rely on confirmed bookings for their livelihoods.
Refunds to QwikGlam Wallet are processed instantly. Refunds to original payment method take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Cancel from My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel. Cancellations are not accepted via phone or WhatsApp to ensure proper processing.
If no artist accepts your booking within 15 minutes of confirmation, you'll receive a full refund plus ₹200 QwikGlam Wallet credit — automatically, no questions asked.
If an artist cancels or fails to arrive you receive a full refund, ₹200 Wallet credit, and priority rebooking assistance.
A non-refundable 20% advance is required at booking. Cancellation less than 7 days before a bridal event forfeits the full advance.
You may reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment at no charge, subject to artist availability. Within 2 hours is treated as a cancellation.
Rate the booking and contact support within 24 hours of service completion. We investigate all quality complaints and may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.
