Delete your QwikGlam account

Permanently delete your account and personal data.

What gets deleted: your name, email, phone, profile photo, saved addresses, skin profile (including allergies), device & notification tokens, chats, favourites and activity history are permanently removed or irreversibly anonymised.

What we keep (de-identified): booking and payment records are retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years to meet Indian tax and accounting law. They can no longer be linked back to you. Any wallet balance is not forfeited — contact support@qwikglam.com to have it refunded.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please cancel or complete any active bookings first.
Are you a QwikGlam artist? This form is for customer accounts. Delete an artist account in the app: Profile → Delete my account. It erases your profile, phone, KYC documents, bank details, location history, portfolio and reels. If you have earned on QwikGlam, your name and PAN are kept only with your earnings records, as tax law requires. If you no longer have the app, email privacy@qwikglam.com from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number, and we will delete it within 30 days.
Want data deleted without closing your account? You do not have to delete your QwikGlam account to have your data removed. In the app: Profile → Privacy → Your data → Delete my data. You will get a reference number and the date we will respond by.

What gets deleted: the personal data we are not required to keep — profile details, saved addresses, skin profile (including allergies), device and notification tokens, chats, favourites and activity history.

What we keep: invoices and tax records, which Indian law requires us to retain in de-identified form for up to 7 years, and any booking still in progress, which has to be completed first. We tell you exactly what was kept and why.

No longer have the app? Email privacy@qwikglam.com from your registered email address, or quoting your registered mobile number.
