There are never any surprise add-on charges for product use. Optional premium add-ons (e.g., a specific luxury brand product) are clearly listed and priced separately before you confirm.

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel your booking at no charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a small fee (20% of service price) to fairly compensate your artist's travel time. You can manage bookings from the My Bookings page or via WhatsApp.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any aspect of your service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a complimentary redo session with a senior artist — no questions asked, no charges.

Once an artist accepts your booking, you'll receive real-time location tracking via the QwikGlam app and a WhatsApp update with their ETA. You can track their exact location on a live map right up until they arrive at your door.

'Starting from' means the listed price is the base price for the standard service. Premium optional add-ons can be selected in the booking modal — you'll always see the complete total before confirming. There's no obligation to add anything.

Our artists are independent certified professionals who are rigorously vetted, trained, and quality-audited by QwikGlam. They carry all their own professional-grade tools and equipment. Each artist undergoes Aadhaar ID verification, police clearance, and a technical skills assessment before being listed.

Priority Booking guarantees you an artist during peak hours — typically weekday evenings and weekend mornings — when demand is highest in your area. Instead of waiting or missing out, Priority Booking secures your slot instantly. The priority rate (if applicable) is clearly shown before you confirm, and you always have the option to book a standard slot at a later time if you prefer.

Yes. If you've loved a previous artist, you can request them by name when booking. We'll prioritise matching you with them subject to their availability. You can also browse our Artist Spotlight section and book directly with a specific artist.

You earn QG Points on every booking — Silver members earn 1 point per ₹10 spent, Gold members earn 1.5 points, and Platinum members earn 2 points. 100 QG Points = ₹10 off your next booking. Points never expire and can be transferred to friends and family. Visit your profile to check your current tier and balance.
