What happens during the visit

  1. Stone temperature checked on your skin first
  2. Stones placed along the back to warm the muscle
  3. Stones used in the massage strokes themselves
  4. Hands-on work between stone passes
  5. Warm oil throughout and a settled finish

Good to know
